Siren dark rum uses a blend of Caribbean rums with a 10 year old Jamaican rum to give a smooth depth of flavour. 

This blend is infused with locally sourced heather honey, orange peel and vanilla.

This honey forward rum is perfectly served neat or used in one of our signature cocktails; Dark ‘n’ Stormy.
